i already purchased Videoflow Pro ,,,but i am having some issues not related to Videoflow / its running as well / but this issues may force me to re install everything from the beginning and i was wondering if i am going to keep the same version i mean Pro Version ,,or should i do any process b4 or after ,, , i wrote you this message to let you know before any move i may be forced to take ,,this is my site << thetalentedsociety.com/ << not working ,its down and i may be re install everything again .

1. Go to "System Info" tab on VideoFlow configuration panel.
2. Click the pro reset link. This will remove all pro related features and files.
3. When you are done working on your website, go to the "Pro Upgrade" tab and click the pro upgrade button. This will restore pro features and files.
4. Go to the "Pro Updates" panel to reinstall the pro templates.

i am sorry but my site is down and i can't even access as admin to the administration setting ,,you can check by yourself ,,,is there anything else i can do ? i am afraid to lose the pro features

No worries. There are other ways to restore your pro files. Just let me know when you are ready to switch the new installation to pro.
