How Can I remove Random Videos Label Text and the gray border;

Happy New Year,
You can turn off the Random Videos feature in the backend by selecting "Nah" or "No" to the random fallback option.
If you want to change the look of the label itself, you need to edit the related videos php file (under modules), as the syle is hardcoded. You just need to change the style definitions to suit your site.
